Once you’ve completed your order, we can help arrange shipping within South Africa. You’re welcome to use your own transport, or we can get a quote from our preferred shipping partner if they service your area. For cross-border shipping, you’ll need to make your own arrangements.

Just a heads-up: we don’t offer returns or refunds for issues related to shipping costs or logistics. Also, items can’t be reserved until shipping is sorted, so please make sure to check out your order promptly.

Shipping Details

• Within Gauteng: You can arrange your own transport or let us handle it for you.
• Outside Gauteng: We’ll coordinate with one of our trusted third-party shippers (or feel free to use your own). Shipping quotes are based on item size and/or weight.

Wrapping & Insurance

• Free Wrapping: All items being shipped outside Gauteng will be carefully wrapped by our team at no extra cost.
• Insurance: Make sure to insure your items. Once the goods leave our premises with the courier, we can’t be held responsible for any damage during transit.

Courier Shipping for Small Items

For smaller pieces (like decor or collectibles), we can send them via PostNet to PostNet or Courier Guy. Shipping fees, based on size and weight, will be sent to you before shipping. These costs are on you, in addition to the item price.

Collection & Storage Guidelines

• Collection Deadline: Items need to be collected or delivered within 3 days of purchase (unless we’ve agreed otherwise).
• Uncollected Goods: If we don’t hear from you and no storage arrangements are made within 4 weeks, the item will be re-listed for sale. If you’re due a refund after it’s sold again, a 40% fee will be deducted to cover admin, packaging, banking, online, and storage costs.
