Supplied furniture may be returned within 3 days of delivery, provided it is in the same condition as received. Items that have been used or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ofixforce.co.za or 067 539 0788 within 3 days of receiving your product. Be sure to provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item. If the product is being returned due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply for certain items.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will be required to provide photos of the damage. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
